A LITTLE CLARITY GOES A LONG WAY

Stay with the music.
See what your tempo is doing.

A number tells you where you are.
A trace tells you how you got there.

Designed to keep the live BPM and graph together, with the controls you need close at hand.
01

Follow your tempo in real time.

Your current BPM and a rolling tempo trace make speed-ups, slow-downs, and steady passages easier to spot.

02

Practice with a little direction.

Set a target, tap a tempo, or start the metronome. Timing and confidence indicators add context without taking over the screen.

03

Keep the useful part.

Review saved session statistics, search and filter your history, and export summaries as CSV. No audio recordings to manage.

YOUR SOUND STAYS WITH YOU

A microphone.
Not a cloud recording.

Tempo analysis happens on your device. Your audio and practice history aren’t uploaded. With your permission, an online check uses device-verification and usage records to manage the free allowance—without creating an account.

LESS SETUP. MORE PLAYING.

From open to in the pocket.

  1. 01 / SET THE SCENE

    Choose your sound.

Select your instrument and room type. A quiet practice room and a noisy rehearsal need different listening profiles.

  2. 02 / FIND YOUR PULSE

    Press play. Then play.

Allow microphone access and give the detector a few clear beats. See your BPM and tempo trace together.

  3. 03 / TAKE SOMETHING AWAY

    Look back. Move forward.

Finish a session and review the numbers. Keep your history on this device, or export a summary.

A SIMPLE WAY TO KEEP PLAYING

Try it on your rhythm.
Keep it if it clicks.

Ten minutes of live monitoring, total per device. Use them across practice sessions. The free allowance does not reset each month or when you reinstall.

Free monitoring needs an internet connection and your permission for device verification. Time is authorized in short blocks; an interruption can consume the unused part of a block. Device support and verification requirements apply.
LONGER SESSIONS

One purchase.
More room to play.

Unlock monitoring beyond the free allowance on iPhone and iPad. No subscription. Restore using the same App Store account.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you press play.

Does it save or upload my audio?

No. The live audio is analyzed on your device. Saved sessions contain statistics, not recordings.

Can I use it without an account?

Yes. There’s no Just BPM signup or login. Purchases use your platform’s store account, and device-verification records manage the free allowance with your permission.

What if a rhythm reads at half or double tempo?

Some rhythms have more than one plausible pulse. Choose the right instrument profile, tap your intended tempo, or use a target to help the detector follow it. Results depend on the rhythm and audio conditions.

Does it keep listening in the background?

No. Live monitoring is a foreground activity. It stops safely when the app is backgrounded or the microphone is interrupted, preserving the captured statistics.

Which devices will it support?

iPhone and iPad are the first App Store release. The Android version is in development. We’ll publish download links when each release is available.
